How do you get your progress bar to show after posts?

On the "Community" tab there are several links with Orange triangle beside them.... "Home" "Recent Posts" "My Topics" ......

Click the "Signature" link and you will discover how to add weight loss progress tickers and quotes and what not to your posts.


Another route to set up your progress Ticker is to go to "Tools" then "Ticker". Once you set it up you can copy and paste the link in the "Signature" screen.

go to community-signature-and then copy/paste the link that mfp gives you for your progress bar!

Go to Tools and create one. then copy the url it gives you for message boards and past it into your Signature, 4th from the left under the Message Board heading.
