    Thanks I work at a group home for men that have developmental disabilities, and a few of them take miralax as well. Thanks for the suggestion.

    Have you tried eating Activia for a snack? It really does work, keeps things going smooth :happy: if you get the light ones they are only like 80 cal and sooo yummy!

    F-ing great. My husband said last night Im not taking that clease. I told him yes u are. His response was Great not only am I going to have the walking farts, but now the walking Sh*ts. LOL.
