Hi everyone!
New to mfp...back story: When I started uni I was quite skinny size 8 to 10, but recent events of my lovely labby having to be pts and combined with two years of unit I have gained 11 kilos making me still slimmish at 68.2 kilos but I have a rather big muffin top and my arms have got a bit flabby. I have been using mfp for nearly a week and sticking to the 1200 cal it has calculated I should be eating plus trying to exercise at least an hour a day, within the first 3 days I lost a kilo already (yes I lose weight and put on fast!). Tomorrow will be my second weigh In so joined for a bit of moral support and accountability!
