Starting Weight Training

I still have a looooooooooong way to go in this journey, and I'd like to start some strength training (all I've been doing so far is walking, and some Yoga & Basic Step on the Wii).
I think I should start with planks, crunches, wall push ups, squats, and tricep extensions. But I have no idea how many I should shoot for, how often I should do them, etc. I need some direction! Is there a website that is good for total newbies like me?

Use a search engine and look for excerises and what your interested in. Lots of stuff on the web so you need to read closely, pay attention, and select what works for you right now in your journey. WebMD is a good site to start if you just want to skip the searches. Good luck.0
