Tri Cities Washington Work Out Partner

Hey Everyone! I know that there has to be some other TriCities Washington Peeps out here on MFP. I am in need a a work out Partner. I am pretty much all healed up from an injury I had (Plantars Faciaitis in both heels) and I am ready to kick it in gear again. I have gained back 20 lbs of the 40 I lost last year, and I have to put the breaks on. My husband is the best husband in the world but the WORST accountability partner ever!!! I need some accountibility!! I am not a "needy" person when it comes to fitness, mostly I am just seeking a like minded person who also needs fitness companionship for motivation as well. My goal is to lose that 20 again plus another 30. So 50 pounds total.

I am interested in Morning and/or evening work outs (or both). I would like to do cardio 4 days a week with 2 days of strength training, and a rest day on Sunday. If we meet in the morning it would have to be between 5:30 and 6:00 AM, and if we meet at night it would need to be after 4:00 PM. I am not a runner, that is how I hurt myself. But I enjoy power walking, biking, swimming, aerobics classes (especially zumba), hiking, exercise videos, weight lifting. I love being out doors, but indoors works too. I have dogs, so if you have dogs maybe we could walk our dogs together?! Basically I am looking for a "gym friend" who we can "plan to meet" at the gym at certain times, chat for a bit follow each other around on the weights, or coach each other on the weights. You don't even have to know very much about fitness, because trust me...i am not an expert. But maybe we could put two heads together to get some fitness breakthroughs...

We wouldn't have to meet every day...occaisionally is fine. I currently have a membership at CBRC which I don't want to give up, so i am hoping that maybe you want to join there, or maybe you are already there. That weould be great too...

Ok so if this applies to you....reply and friend me.....

Here's Hoping!

I'm in yakima, so I'm no help! I'm originally from Tri-Cities though, so I just wanted to say it caught me off guard to see that as a topic on the message boards lol! Hope you find someone!
