6 Down and Feeling GOOD!

Completed Level 1 day 2 of 30DS!! My legs were a little sore from yesterdays workout!! But I love it when I am sore...it means that my muscles are changing. Waited awhile then completed C25K Level 1 day 3. I think that I will complete the C25K levels over 2 weeks instead of 1 per wk. I am so pooped out at the end of my 1 minute running cycle. I feel so good about myself and I have only lost 6 pounds total so far...I think I feel good because I am finally doing something to change the one thing that I don't like about myself!! I convinced my hubby to join today...I hope he enjoys it as much as I do!
