i just realized...

6/18/2009 i weighed 183.8lbs...that was the lowest i had been since july of 2004...today i weigh 188.8lbs...i am only 6lbs away from being at the LOWEST i've been in over 7 years! :-) I'm so happy! the funniest part is that in 2009 i was 100% happy at 183. i didn't WANT to be smaller. i still have at least 30lbs to lose too! lol. this time i am passing 183, i'm not slowing down, i'm going to hit my goal weight (or at least body fat percentage goal)! 179...here i come! :-)

oh, i forgot to add...i went all the way up to 252.8lbs and stayed there for quite a while.

    thanks everyone! i feel awesome! some days are easier than others but ALL of my days are easier than the ones BEFORE i started being healthy and losing weight. :laugh:

    you really are amazing! :D It's true too, we have more energy now and can get more done through the day with less aches and pains! I am totally down to continue this journey with you! We are gonna be smoking by October! :)
