Sick of Sodium!

Options
Lately, I've been going over my needed (mg) of sodium and (g) of sugar. I drink water more than anything but I think it's the snacks I eat.

Anybody have any low sodium and low sugar snacks they like to eat?

    It took me several weeks to get a handle on my sodium. I stopped tracking my sugar altogether. It was just too frustrating. I'd eat a banana and I'd be over. Here are a few of my favorite snacks:

    Laughing Cow cheese with carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, sugar snap peas
    almonds
    popsicles
    blueberries
    Fiber One bars and yogurt
    an apple with a Tbls of natural peanut butter (way lower in sodium than regular)
