It's 1 cup PB
1 cup Splenda
1 Egg
Melt PB in microwave 30-45 seconds. Mix with Splenda and egg. Drop 1-inch balls onto cookie sheet and bake at 350* for 15-20 min.0 -

wow, I'm surprised there isn't any baking soda/powder or flour. Is it in the dataase as Pb2 and Splenda Cookies? I want to see what its stats are.
Never mind I found the stats. Was the PB regular PB or Reduced Fat PB?0
