Has anyone tried it? Would love to hear some reviews! From what I can find online, it seems like folks generally like it — except for 2011 reviews, when Jeff seems to be a bit less responsive to users this year...

I haven't tried his program yet, but I showed his 1/2 marathon training plan to my sister who was a high-school and collegiate cross country runner (i.e: running 70+ miles per week). I'm using his plan to train for a 1/2 in January; the running consists of two 30 minute runs on non-consecutive days, and a long run on the weekend. She said it looks good, albeit easy (no interval training or fartleks mentioned) The ONE critique (and I'm unsure if this holds true for the marathon plan) is that he recommends a 14 mile run a few weeks before the race. You never run 27 miles one week, and a marathon a few weeks later.0
