    Depending on the teacher, I either wear my nike dance shoes (with the swivel ball), my vibram 5 fingers, my capezia toe-bra --- or my good ol' converse all star -- they are actually flave. Depends on your feet!

    One tip my Zumba instructor told me. If your feet are sticking to the floor to much you aren't picking your feet up enough. I know that doesn't really help when you are doing twist and stuff, but I know it has helped me from twisting my ankle.

    Ok, I bought some Nike Mystique ... I loved the dance shoes from that one website, but they did not have them in an 11 ... I wear a 10.5 ... so I think I need an 11 ...

    Got them from Zappos for 62 bucks and free shipping ... will see how they work out :)
