My boyfriend is going out tomorrow night and I have a quiet night at home. I plan on ordering pizza....while I do want real, yummy pizza, I'd like to not go too overboard. Does anyone knows of a pizza chain that has nutritional info on their website?

I believe most of them do... pizza hut does, pizza pizza does, I don't know where you live and which chains are nearby but just google each one. Best ways to cut calories- order thin crust if they offer it, order 1/2 the cheese, you won't even notice a difference! Skip the meats- pepperoni, bacon sausage etc- they can double your pizza calories, and if you're eating it alone order a small... That way you won't overdo it. I know for a fact that when I order a large I will eat it. All of it. lol. Have a slice for me! :flowerforyou:

On here you can find little ceasers, pizza hut, dominos, cicis, jets, marcos, and the list goes on. Go to your food section and enter pizza, you'll find a lot.

Its' my weakness and tonight we ordered pizza in and I looked up the nutritional value by typing in the name (hunt brother's pizza is what we had) and 1 slice of cheese was like 300. It's not bad if you plan for it during the day! Exercise a little harder and enjoy!!

A good choice that I read about in Eat this not that is Pizza Hut's thin& crispy crust, It is flakey like Philo dough. I get the canadian bacon & pinepple, but cheese or veggie might even be better. the thin& crispy crust pizza hut pizzas are in MFP data base. A very good choice. I think... its about 360 for 2 slices of a medium C bacon & pineapple.

If your going to eat pizza make sure its a thin crust- its actually has less calories than all the other crusts
