be mindful of the calories burn based off the site. it is not alway correct.

    Yes I noticed that. The calories burned on the treadmill is always a lot lower than what it states on MFP. That is why I do not ever eat back my calories. Seems counter productive to me.

    I eat VERY FEW of my exercise calories, if any...I too agree..it seems counter productive especially when someone like me, had a LOT of weight to lose!

    i always take the calories off the treadmill. this site has a good calculator

    that's not always accurate. treadmills don't take into account your height, age, or gender. the counter on here will probably be a lot closer to the real deal.
