Cardio or Weight training

I have a question I hope someone can help me with...
I have started doing exercises that target specific areas of the body, i.e. arm circles, sit ups, leg lifts, etc.
Is that considered weight training or cardio??
How do I log those exercises?
I'd like to include them especially when I really put forth the effort (like three reps of 10 each).
Thank you!!

Depends - are the exercises raising your heart rate? You can do these types of exercises mixed in with typical cardio, keep your heart rate up and it can all be considered cardio. This is called circuit training and burns LOTS of calories. But, if you're going slow and steady, it is probably considered weight training.0

it can be either one cardio if your doing little or no weight and keeping a fast pace or strength training if your doing with weights or low speed.
from the sound of it I would guess fill in as cardio - general arobics0
