New Member looking for support and friends

Hello all!

Between working full time and being a full time grad student, adding dieting and exercising seems impossible! But here I am, determined to win the battle of the buldge that has gotten progressivly worse in the past few years! I'm about 2 weeks into my diet and exercise regime and joined MyFitnessPal a few days ago in hopes to find motivation, support , tips, friends, ect, as I begin this journey :smile:

    Hi & welcome. I'm not new... but have only started using the community portion of MFP recently (lost weight, went on vacation, gained weight back immediately upon my return.... I clearly need some help with accountability)!
