Edie and I are going to start the bowflex and I was wondering(since it isn't covered in the manual)how to figure the calories burned with weights. I did google and couldn't find anything on Bowflex. I read here somewhere, that there are a lot of good sites that tell you how to figure but derned if I can find one. Anyone hep me out here:bigsmile: Love, hugs and encouragement to all us beauteeeeeeeeeeful peoples today:) denise

If you enter "strength training" in the cardio part of the exercise log, it will give you the number of calories you've expended.

So I don't have to break it down by "each" exercise? Like leglifts, triceps, biceps, blablabla??

What I do is enter the actual type of weight training with reps, etc..in the strenght training section. I find this helps me remember exactly what I'm doing...But I always go to the cardio section to enter the time so I can get the calories burned entered.
