New Here and Excited!

I was on a different site but after checking calorie needs and stuff I think I am ok to be on here instead. I am breastfeeding so I am only trying to lose 1-2lbs MAX a week. I am 24, 285lbs and it is time for a change. I have joined a gym and I have gone two days in a row! Yesterday I did moderate/fast walking on a treadmill and some cycling. Today I did a yoga class! I am doing a strength training class tomorrow!
After this week I will be going M&W for cardio for an hour, F for yoga, and Sat for strength! I am happy to get back into shape and hope to get healthy the right way so I can keep it off for good!
