I just got started on this journey and need lots of motivation and support. Please help me find it.

    It's pretty self-explanatory. Browse the various topics if you're looking for help in specific areas. For newbies especially, you'll want to look up your questions in the 'search' tab before asking them, because there are a LOT of questions regarding protein intake, exercise calories, macronutrients, and etc. that get repeated daily.

    "My Topics" lists posts that you've made or conversations you've participated in. Recent posts are just that: topics that have recently been posted.

    People will often post "Bump"
    This means that they want to save the post in their Topics for later reading or they want to 'bump' their own post to the top of "Recent Posts" so it'll get more attention.

    And... that's the simple breakdown. You'll figure it out as you go.
