need motivation

Hey All,

I am losing out on self-motivation and have started stuffing myself with all the junk in the past 3 days....
I had been going well for 1 month and now suddenly the cravings started.
What do i do? Please help!!!

    when you get a craving, wait 20 minutes. Drink a glass of water. If the craving is still there, have a small amount of the food and then walk away from it. The water will help you to feel full too so you won't eat as much. I drink a glass before every meal. Stay away from the kitchen. Find something to keep you busy and your mind off of food. Try to get on s schedule of eating around the same time every day and eat something every couple of hours ... raw veggies or pieces of fruit. I am bad about getting into whatever I'm doing and I forget to eat. When I do get around to eating I am so hungry, I over eat and can't seem to stop. I'm working on getting back on a schedule... I have to take my own advice. lol
