45lbs Lost (with photos)

I've been doing MFP for about 3 months now, and have lost 45lbs already through MFP, and dropped a total of 24" from six measured locations! Feeling pretty good about myself these days, though I still ideally want to lose at least another 20lbs, which will get me into the healthy BMI range!

This was me at about 255lbs, a few weeks before I started MFP

And this was me last week while I was on a hiking holiday (about 205lbs)

I'm shocked when I see photos of myself from a few months ago, its been quite a transformation already, and I'm still not there yet! Having to buy lots of new clothes has been a little bit annoying though (I've gone from a 44" waist to a 37" waist). Old trousers look like clown pants now! ;)

Thanks to those who are my friends on MFP, the encouragement has been great!

    Thanks for the kind words. I think the fact I have just been on a hiking holiday (where I racked up about 45 miles in 4 days) says it all! I would have never done that in my previous life....!

    Its just one of the wall hangings I have in my apartment! I love those sorts of things, really makes a room look much more interesting...
