    Happy Birthday! My b/day was also this week & I got DQ ice cream cake - we deserve a special day. Remember, this is about life style change, NOT punishment. I plan to have more b/days and more cake - just not TOO MUCH cake and I have to work it off. I have learned here that it's much easier to work off ONE piece of cake than a POUND of it LOL
