so i saw my gran and my dad for the first time yesterday since about a year and the first thing that they both said to me was "wow did you lose some weight?"
its very frustrating tho. theyre both extremely obese and both think that they are living a healthy life. it kinda tears me apart watching them stuff their faces knowing about the risks that are linked to obesity
