Hi my name is Jess and I am new to this site. I am determined to put myself on a good path before I go back to school in September. I am a junior in college and I want to have a healthy mindset once I get back to buffet style eating. I lost a good chunk of weight last summer but then just stopped trying and maintained for the past year. I want to give myself that final push now to get the body I know I can have. I have used other websites in the past but I really like the way this one tracks calories and lets you see what you have left for the day. I deffinately think this will help me to really see the affect my little cheats has on my daily calorie count. So with that said I am excited to start this and see those last pounds come off!

    I have been using MFP for all most 2 months and I love it. I have lost 16 pounds so far 25-30 to go. Gook luck to you.

    Welcome to MFP :) You are going to be addicted to this site. People here are so caring and supportive , there is always a good advice :) ! And I've noticed that I really learned a lot about nutrition and all that and I'm only using this site for a few days now :))
