Almost a week in and first post

Hey
I'm Dan and I've been logging into myfitnesspal for almost a week now and things have been pretty good, noticing I've been watching what I'm eating and all and my numbers are staying down.
This afternoon though I'm heading to a wedding which aren't always the best things when your trying to watch what your eating. And it doesn't make it easier that its gonna be an open bar all night.
So we shall see how it goes.

Hi Dan,
Have a glass of water between drinks. It will fill you up and keep you hydrated because alcohol dehydrates you and that is when the "hangover" takes over. Also, choose drinks with lower calorie content. My nutritionist tells me portion control is the key for things like this. Eat just a bite or two of everything you want. That way you don't feel guilty afterwards and you enjoy your evening. Have fun!0
