What's one thing you do to keep yourself motivated that others might laugh at or think is weird?
**Me- I have 2 things.... the screensaver and the background on my phone is a picture of Aubrey O' Day in an itsy bitsy bathing suit. I am on my phone a lot so I can always see it and it reminds me of what I am working towards. The other is at work I have 3 computer screens ( I am a dispatcher) and each screen is lined at the bottom with sticky notes with inspirational quotes on them. I am looking for something to do around my house so this question should defianetly give me some ideas!!

I have a document I created on the computer of my step by step goals in 15 lb increments where I type in when Ive completed each one and on same document I have each reward typed in next to it so by visiting often and seeing all the rewards really keeps me motivated, Ive also visit victoria secret website to browse for what I want when I get there from their clothes to the lingerie-plus simply this website and looking at before and afters even though thats not weird0

I have a dress I bought that is too small. It's hanging up in my bedroom so I can see it every day. I really want to be able to wear it before summers over.0

Those are both great ideas!! I should try looking at catalogs and hanging stuff up in my closet for me to see everyday! That would for sure help motivate me!!0

I have a pair of jeans that I wore when I went on my honeymoon nine years ago in my closet!

I follow people on YouTube who are doing WW also to get tips and motivation there as well! It's amazing to see there before and after! So I watch alittle YouTube eveyday but that's what helps me going. Also I focus on a piece of smaller clothing I have to see my inches when there coming down and I'm slowly fitting back into it!!0

I took a whole pad of post-it notes and wrote on each one my weekly goals for exercise and weight loss. it keeps me motivated and reminds me its just one week at a time. i fill in my goal weight for the week at the start of the week so I know whats realistic for that specific week.0

Not really an answer but more of a comment- it is so nice and inspiring to see people just like me go through the same struggles. I just joined this site today and I already feel better! I thought it would be the tedious tracking food, exercise etc, but i am now looking forward on tracking my goals because of all the great groups and communities that are there and willing to help!
So I guess my NEW motivation is seeing every ones comments and their weigh loss happen on their trackers! So much fun! I want to see my tracker move like theirs! thanks everyone!
