I dropped off the Myfitnesspal map for six months and am back to it for a week now. I find simply keeping track of what I eat keeps me motivate to eat better, eat less, exercise more.

Welcome back! I believe everyone needs a break at one point and time or another whether it is to avoid burn-out or BECAUSE OF burn-out...doesn't make you a quitter, you just needed it so congrats on getting back on track...WORK IT!!!:happy:0
