they are people who all have a particular goal in mind losing 100lbs looking good in a bikini doing a particular dvd like 30 day shred etc

i have a group called fit for october challenge its open to anyone and its basically a lovely group of ladies who want to lose a certain amount or look good for weddings bdays halloween so something in october we are doing pretty good if i do say so myself and we seem to be motivating each other well

As pp said they are team challenges. There are new ones starting all the time so if you want to join one keep a look out on the message boards. I'm part of a row the world challenge, there are 15 people in each 'boat' and when as we log our exercise for the day we also add it to our team spread sheet which works out how many miles we've 'rowed' There are more than 20 boats, so if you want to join keep a look out for the row the world updates, and if any teams are looking for replacement members you can ask to join.

You can start your own challenge too and I am sure there will be many wanting to join.

I am a part of the week-long no eating out group. And it has been fun and really healthy.

The one group I belong to is Onederland by Christmas. I didn't start it so I can't let you in but seems you have that goal.

I just saw someone post that they wanted to be in the 100's by Christmas and if anyone wanted to join in and those that responded are in it. So just look for someone who posts something like that or even start your own group/challenge.
