I'm new

I'm new to this forum, but I'm not new to working out. I used to workout 5 times a week when I was in high school, but have since not worked out nearly as much. I'm not gaining and weight and would not describe myself as being out of shape. I have a very skinny frame and actually joined this forum, because I want to gain weight! I look forward to poking around and finding out more information!
