How do I build up my endurance?

It seems like I have no endurance at all. I can run a few hundred feet and then I'll be out of breath and walk a few hundred, then run a few hundred more. I did this for about 2 miles... Is this a good way to build up my endurance?

    Yep! Just keep at it. You'll notice you'll be able to go a bit farther each time. Good luck!

    Try the C25K (couch to 5k) prgramme... Its free and it helps you go from 1min running - 30 min running over 9 weeks... When I started I could barley run for the 1 min but now after starting and stopping I have just ran my first 30 min
