Ok, so I signed up on Tuesday, and have been diligently logging my exercise and calories.

Here's my deal: I'm a strict vegetarian, and I'm very knowledgeable about how to eat healthy. My problem is I'm the all or nothing type personality. I'm either totally gung ho into eating healthy or exercising, or I'm totally lazy about it.

A couple of years ago I started working with a trainer, and I dropped a few dress sizes. I learned how to exercise properly, and I was on roll. At some point, it started to wane. I think I felt like I wouldn't gain the weight back or something, but it slowly crept back, and I'm now the heaviest I've ever been in my life.

I got back to the gym (a 5 block walk from my house) this week, and I'm temporarily working with a trainer again. I'm doing great so far, but I'm going to be a full-time student this fall, and I'm concerned I'll slip up once I'm in school. That's when I'll really need the support I think.

My challenge is learning balance, and learning to stay on track once the weight is off.

I hesitated to come on the forum, but I've been lurking the past few days, so I thought I'd give it a whorl. I'm not going to be friending everyone on here, but I might participate in the forums.
