Hello!
Has anyone heard of the Hunza bread diet? I hear that it is such a healthy and complete bread that after three bites you are full! I have also heard that you can lose weight this way. If anyone has any info or success stories with this diet please post here!

you can't find an overweight person.
Hunza women at 80 look no older than North American women of 40. Fatigue is virtually unknown. Hunza men over 90 years old repeatedly walk the mountain trail of 65 miles from the town of Gilgit with a full pack and immediately start to work in the fields again!0 -
This is BS, if I am remembering my anthropology correctly they lived in an arrid mountain area that was low in fertile soul. The Hunza people were mostly only studied during the summer when they were easiest to reach. So there were many misconceptions. True, in the summer they ate a largely raw food vegetarian diet. But this was mainly so as to avoid using up precious fuel and slaughtering animals that could produce milk or be used for meat when vegetables fruits and grains were not as readily available. In colder weather, when they were using fuel for heating they ate a great deal of meat and ate all parts of the animal including all organs, brains, and marrow. And at all times of the year their diets were high in high fast dairy like milk and butter.0
