Hopefully I figured out how to add pics. lol I thought I had burned these years ago. Oh well, now they can help motivate someone who thinks they can't do it.

1st is me at 30 years old @290 pounds; 2nd is 31 years old @300 pounds; 3rd is 38 years old (2005) @336 pounds; 4th is currently @213 pounds.
