Glad to be back!!!

In January I started using MFP everyday and doing great. I lost 11 pounds, then I went back to school in April. I kept up with both for awhile, but let my focus turn from my weight to my schooling. My weight went on the back burner while I put all my effort into my studies. Now I am done with school and I want to get back in the groove. I haven't been exercising, eating right ( well, sorta...) I have lapsed back into some old habits and I need to nip them in the bud. Any help/ advise would be appreciated. Or just scold me for taking a vacation from MFP!! I really do like the website and I did miss it alot! Glad to be back!!!
