Hibiscus Tea

So..I've been making this tea by just boiling dried hibiscus flowers in water. And I've just been using a hibiscus tea that's in the database in my food diary. Any ideas of how accurate that would be for the one I've been making? Or how I would figure out nutritional info for mine?

YUM! When I was in China we drank tea just like that. I believe it counted only as water. No nutritional value by western standards. Eastern beliefs say that it relaxes and replenishes yin. Enjoy!0
