Allthough that was horrible for you it did make me smile. I'm glad I don't like the smell or taste of coffee if that's how addictive it is.

Four years ago my husband bought me a new shirt for our vacation. It was too small but I liked it and thought I'd lose enough weight to fit into it. It has stayed in the back of my closet since... until this past Sunday! That made me smile this week!

My hubby took a picture of me because he was so happy for me. That's me new profile picture.

Hey Tammy you sound so pleased and so you should be!
I've blouses that are hanging up in the wardrobe with the tags still on. Hopefully they will fit in right places for me too one day. ;)

71lbs loss is marvellous, well done!!

Definitely getting winked at by a cute young waiter in a Mexican restaurant. As I said when it happened, the point wasn't the wink...it was the fact I had been noticed,as I have convinced myself over the years that I am invisible.

It's taken a while but I've started seeing other NSV's

*Jeans and shorts so loose and constantly sliding down.
*Clearing 2 bags of clothes out of the wardrobe
    *Buying clothes in smaller sizes
