Protein shakes at LVAC Juice Bar

I have found a new love. The Apple Crisp protein shake at the juice bar here at Las Vegas Athletic Club! I know it is 75 more calories then the Berry Me. But Wow, I drank it two hours ago after my work out and I am still full and satisfied. And I didnt have to choke it down. It was like a dessert! I think it is from added fiber of one packet of apple cinnamon oatmeal. I just had to share my joy! Thanks for listening.

I figuired there was already some people on here from Vegas since the lvac juice bar info was already in the data base, and I checked it against what they have at the bar and it was accurate so.....thought I would share

Well hello fellow vegasians

I went by the LVAC and toured it, but I live realllllly far north and there isn't one that is close to my house. Should I get a membership anyway? What do you al like about it? I have been doing INSANITY which I love and its at home, but I want to incorporate lifting and swimming so I want to join a gym.
