That is great. You can do it. There are times I need a burger. I order without a bun and with a salad. It can be done. Keep up the great work. You should be very proud of yourself.:flowerforyou:  :flowerforyou:

    thank you
  • I think that eating out, especially with others that aren't very health conscience, is one of the hardest things to do when you are trying to lose weight. I'm very proud of you for making such healthy choice!! Keep up the good work!! :flowerforyou:

I'm with you, it can be hard to eat out with others during the initial weight loss, you know what I did....I looked up the menu on the internet for the resteraunts and their nutritional content before I went out because explaining and justifying myself to people was annoying, so I was prepared with an idea of the calories when I got to the restaurant. Of course this only works with the restaurants that share their nutrition content. But it can even be helpful to go and look up the calories of types of foods that the restaurant serves ahead of time. Like greek or Italian foods for example. This did save me alot of headaches! This may sound strict or unreasonable, but it is only what I chose to do that worked for me and just a suggestion.
