    I love it!! I used to do it once or twice a week for a couple of months, and very soon I noticed a big change... I was trimmer, more muscular, and more sinewy. I think it's one of the best workouts out there. Unfortunately it's expensive. And I haven't made it to outdoor mountain climbing yet, because I'm a wuss, but I think, why climb indoors if you *can* (live close enough to) climb outdoors.
