I'm a newbe....I'm over 300 lbs...have been for along time. So I'm changing my ways. Would be nice to have some friends for support. My son is my motivaton to loose weight. Plus I want to feel better and be active again. Love this site, I had a trainer recommend this site to me and I love it.

    Been using MFP for 2 weeks now and there's definitely a difference! I highly recommend ea sports active 2. Used a gym a few years back and never lost as much weight. Don't give up!
