I'm a 24 year old mom to one (just turned 2). I have always had weight issues, but when I was pregnant with my son, I ballooned up to 249. I am only 5'3, so that is HUGE on my frame. I did drop to 241 after my son was home from the hospital, but then I was stuck. So I consider 241 my "highest weight", since the 249 was the day I had my son (before labor was induced).

I started counting calories on a different site and exercising in August 2010 and by January 2011 I had lost 30 pounds. Then my mom had health issues & I had to stay with her for several months, which is 5 hours from my apartment & away from my fitness center. :-( I gained back 15 lbs of what I had lost.

Now I am home and I have gotten back on track. Counting calories and exercising works, I know it does from past experience. Now I just have to stick with it!

Feel free to add me to your friends if you'd like! :-)
