Hi does anyone know if you can print off certificates for significant weight losses eg half a stone, one stone, two stone etc? As a former member of every slimming group going i found it wqas nice to have something to put on my fridge!!

you could always use microsoft publisher and make your own pretty certificate to display how much you have lost.

MICROSOFT WORD OR WORKS HAS A CERTIFICATE PROGRAM, I COULD COME UP WITH SOMEHTING FOR YOU IF YOU WOULD LIKE, IT'S WOULDN'T BE THAT HARD TO DO IT, I COULD USE THE MYFITNESSPAL LOGO AND WHAT NOT.
