Has anyone used MFP while pregnant? What were your nutrition goals? This is for future planning purposes but I think I could use MFP to track protein, folate, calcium etc. I of course plan on working with my doctor on this and getting his opinion but I wondered if any moms on here had used this.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

There is an option for pregnancy, you can adjust your goals in MFP based off of this info.0 -
I'm not a mom but I think it could be a good idea. That way you could track to make sure you're gaining weight at a good pace too, on top of tracking all your nutritional needs. I would make sure to keep your doctor as the primary go-to though.0

I was kind of wondering the same thing. I gained 74 lbs while pregnant and I am just now taking the steps to get it off but I also would like to have another baby in the next year or so. I bet this would be a wonderful tool! Let me know what you find out!0
