WW Core with MFP

Is anyone else doing the WW Core program in conjunction with MFP? I did WW Flex for a year and had great results, until I got tired of counting points. I've slowly put 10 pounds back on since then, tried Core, but only maintained because I still ate too much. MFP by itself is not working for me because I have a sweet tooth, and sugar and processed foods make me go out of control. Being allowed to eat "whatever I want within reason" is a recipe for disaster because I can't just eat a little sugar without wanting a ton more, and I lose all willpower. I really need to restrict both the foods I eat and their portions.

So today my idea is to do Core and MFP together, so that I control the junk going into my mouth, as well as the portions of the good foods that I eat. Has anyone else tried this?

  • Don't give up!!! You can do this. I also have issue foods. I've been told it's like a drug addiction. Some is not enough. I give you my all for taking care of the problem before it gets out of hand!! Very motivational. Way to go!! :flowerforyou:
