So I fixed a morning cup of coffee using fresh ground African blend coffee from Whole Foods, and I could not find the calorie count. I brewed it using the largest cup setting on my Keurig.

I wouldn't worry so much about the coffee itself; most of the time my coffee is logged in at zero. It's the fixings that get you.0

I am not familiar with that specific coffee, but I have never heard of coffee with calorie content. The calories generally come from what you add to coffee .. i.e. sugar, creamers, syrups.0
