have lost abt 7lbs.in 2 mnths ,gradually bringing in some lifestyle changes and combining some cardio .i started with 10 mins.now 45 mins every day.i 'm extremely satisfied withmy progress .but i just needd some advise for strength training .i'm mom of a 2yr old working full time so gym is not even an option yet for me.but if any one can give advise how i can make use of weights and also i ve a ab rocket as well

As I've said it before, my workout routine is based on you tube videos, just browse through you tube and find the ones that you can do and it will satisfy you better than gym :-)
