Peanuts

I am a huge fan of peanuts. I was wondering if it's healthy if I were to eat peanuts all day long ago not exceed my daily macros while getting in all the fats, carbs, and protein. I mean it's pretty healthy, but I was just curious. That's all.

I just eat the peanuts in the shells instead of the planters one in the jar. Been working ok for me. That's how i get most of my fat anyway.0

Peanuts (and all nuts) are very calorie-dense so just watch your portion sizes! I gained 8 pounds of fat in one year with absolutely no junk food - I'm convinced it was because I was snacking on nuts all day, because the extra weight came right off after I lowered my portion sizes for nuts.0

i think they are high in sodium so be careful, especially when they are already shelled into a jar.0
