Let's set our daily goals

Sometimes we just need to take things one day at a time. So let's start with today.
My 1st goal for today is to do 20 minute of a wii fitness game my husband got for us. It's called EA Wii Active i think.
My 2nd goal is to play Dance Party with my kids and dance to at least 3 songs with them!
3rd goal is to drink water... lots and lots of water and no soda today!! I'll update later with how I'm doing on my goals. Please... set your own goals here too and we can continue to encourage each other!!!

    OK. My goal today is to drink plenty of water and work out. Haven't done that in a while and it's time. Just today. I can do it for today!

    Here's mine:

    Under my calorie goals
    at least 30 minutes cardio
    Full 8 glasses of water

    I know this is modest, but I'm starting out a little defeated today. I gained weight yesterday, resetting my current weight to my starting weight. It's time to focus on the basics again and make sure I'm doing everything correctly.
