I ran 12 miles today, it was 25* w/ flurries, but all in all a nice run. It was followed by a brunch with members of my running group, and it ended up being kind of a bake-off! There were pumpkin-cranberry muffins, pumpkin-cranberry bread, gingerbread, zucchini bread and three different egg bakes. I ended up trying a bit of each, and don't feel guilty. I stopped after my plate was done and I'm sure calorie-wise I had more than I would've liked, but I did just run for 2 hours! The rest of the day will be veggies, and later a big salad w/ chicken.

    Hey guys, how are you doing today?

    I thought a daily post for us would be better than having to go through pages of previous "get to know you" posts.

    I had a good week, I worked out 9 hours, running, lifting and yoga. I ate well everyday. Yesterday after my long run (12 miles) I had some baked goods and egg bake at runner's brunch, but only sampled the goods, and didn't over indulge, and I did just run for 2 hours.
