You tube is the best resource of getting videos for free and really good ones of different exercises. I always use different videos from there and it works excellent :-)

I loved 6 week 6 pack! It melted off inches (all over my body) it works your hips (saddlebags), upper abs, arms and waist! A great workout. I did it 5 days a week for six weeks. It got a little boring the last week of level though :)...I haven't tried Ripped in 30, but I have friends who have done it. Quick workout that seriously gets you sweating! Hello that is what Jillian does best. They are both short workouts which is really nice! Good luck choosing!! ~Corina

I've done both DVDs, and I'd go for Ripped in 30 although I do like 6 Week 6 Pack, too, but it's longer time-wise and has only two levels. Ripped in 30 has four levels and is shorter so I think it will sustain your interest for longer.
