My Running Goal!

Well, I met and exceeded my running goal for this month! I'm so proud of myself. Two months ago I never would have thought I would be running more than 60 miles!! But I did. It feels good to know that if you keep at it, eventually all your hard work will pay off. Your body gets stronger and things get easier. And not just with running. Its true for counting calories, being persistent about not eating junk calories, and sticking it out when you want to quit doing plyometrics and burpees!!!
So, I'm stoked! I'm beginning to be able to fit back into my pre-pregnancy clothes, too!! I don't feel so frumpy, even though I still have weight to lose. I just know that I'm ready to keep working at it...I'm motivated to keep going.
How about you?
